We invite you to reconnect with your peers from around the country at Aggregate, our annual event for innovators raising the bar on quality of care.

  • Hear world-class keynote speakers share insights on the future of healthcare.
  • Listen to your peers share lessons and best practices you can apply to drive better outcomes from your top priority initiatives. Network, brainstorm, and form lasting relationships through 1:1 conversations with leaders at other organizations who are equally committed to success across all payment models.
  • Dive deep into our product roadmap so you can plan to leverage new capabilities.
  • Roll up your sleeves for hands-on training. New users will come away equipped to start using the platform to generate immediate outcomes, while advanced users will optimize the value they are already getting from our platform and can plan to implement our latest and greatest features.

Let’s gather safely

We are planning Aggregate 2021 to be an exclusively in-person event. Based on feedback, we believe there is a strong desire for the connections and 1:1 networking that only an in-person event can provide. We are closely monitoring the evolving public health guidance regarding large gatherings and working with the Renaissance Downtown Chicago and local public health officials to ensure the safety of all attendees. Dr. Rich Parker, Arcadia Chief Medical Officer, is our trusted advisor as we design our health and safety protocols.

Vaccination requirement

After careful consideration, we have determined that Aggregate can be the most productive and interactive conference possible by requiring vaccinations for entry. Therefore, we are adopting a “Vaccination Required” approach for all attendees and staff. We will be using the CLEAR Health Pass app, a secure, private method to validate vaccination.

Download the app on your smart phone and follow the prompts to set up your digital health pass and scan your CDC vaccination card. Upon arrival at the conference, we will ask you to show your digital vaccine card at the registration desk to receive your badge. Once your badge is issued, you will be free to attend all the conference events.

Masks

We will ask all attendees to abide by the local policies that are in place at the time of the conference. Chicago has issued an indoor mask requirement effective August 20, 2021.

Refunds

We offer “flexible registration” ensuring a full refund at least one week prior to the conference start should you be unable to attend.

Virtual option

We will not be streaming the sessions virtually; instead, we plan to record select portions of the conference for later viewing by those who are unable to attend.

Gather with peers and hear futurist and trendcaster Shawn DuBravac discuss disruptive technological shifts in healthcare.

Shawn DuBravac, PhD, CFA is the author of the New York Times Best Seller Digital Destiny: How the New Age of Data Will Transform the Way We Work, Live, and Communicate which explores how the world’s mass adoption of digital technologies portends the beginning of a new era for humanity in the realms of business, healthcare, finance, transportation, and culture.
